X now puts a sign-in wall in front of threads, profiles and replies, so someone who only wants to read one post is asked to create an account first. TwitterViewer removes that step. Paste a post link, an @username or a profile link, and the public content opens as a normal web page: the post with its images and video, quoted posts, the full thread and the replies. There is nothing to install, no X login, and no password or cookie is ever requested for reading.
Around reading, TwitterViewer covers the jobs people usually need next. The media viewer shows every photo, video and GIF from an account in one grid. The video downloader lists every available MP4 quality and takes up to 10 links at once. The GIF downloader converts X's looping MP4 into a real .gif file inside the browser. The location checker shows the country X reports an account is based in, next to the location in its bio, with a VPN flag. Threads can be unrolled, copied as text or exported to PDF.
Everything for reading and downloading is free. TwitterViewer Pro costs $5 a month or $48 a year and adds a watchlist that emails you when public accounts post (20 accounts, checked as often as hourly), removes rate limits, and unlocks advanced search, community member export, the Likes tab and deeper reply pages through an X account the user connects. Payment is by card through Stripe.
TwitterViewer only shows public content. It cannot open protected, deleted or suspended accounts, and it says so clearly instead of failing silently. It is an independent service, not affiliated with X Corp.
