DreamShaper XL

DreamShaper XL is a general-purpose SDXL 1.0-based checkpoint finetune by Lykon, aiming to handle a wide variety of styles from photorealism to digital art, anime, and comic. Lykon's public notes indicate the finetune generally outperforms base SDXL 1.0 on people, edge quality, and NSFW output, and typically does not require a separate refiner if using hi-res fix or upscale + img2img. Versions range from early Alpha (SDXL 0.9/1.0) through Turbo few-step sampling to Lightning DPM++ SDE (current focus). Recommended settings: Lightning CFG ~2, steps 3-6, sampler DPM++ SDE Karras. Runs on Forge, ComfyUI, Automatic1111, and other UIs. Available on Civitai (model 112902) and Hugging Face under CreativeML Open RAIL++-M license.
